Frederick Davis will educate and inform Human Resource professionals next week.
Jan. 10, 2012 (Olathe, KS) - Frederick Davis, Director of Business Development & Diversity Initiatives at CareerAthletes.com, has been selected to speak at the Colorado Human Resource Association (CHRA) 2012 Human Resource Conference on Friday, January 20.
The CHRA Human Resource Conference is the largest annual HR Conference in the Rocky Mountain Region. It is a full day event with speakers in the areas of HR related topics, HR service providers, and networking opportunities with other professionals in the field.
Davis will use more than 14 years of front-line and administrative Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion experience along with seven years experience working with several Fortune 500 companies to help educate others.
"The workshop will explore the historical approaches of businesses to recruit, retain and develop diverse talent," explains Davis. "We will also touch on the importance of addressing complex team building strategies that impact productivity.
"In turn, we will provide participants with language and immediately applicable approaches to effectively validate the ‘business case' for Talent Management Diversity & Inclusion strategy - as a value ad to organizational key platforms. Participants will also leave this workshop with the knowledge of what has worked in the past and then discuss current innovative best practices."
Davis joins other leading HR and business thought leaders who will speak on topics such as getting ahead of the curve in navigating labor trends, strategic competencies for the HR leader, and linking corporate culture to bottom line business performance.

He worked at the secondary and post-secondary level of education for over fifteen years. He has experience and success in helping individuals develop the social skills they need to reach educational, personal and career goals. Frederick acquired his Bachelors of Arts degree in Speech Communication at Colorado State University where he was a three-year letterman in football. In 1994 he received his Master of Arts degree from San Francisco State University and he has taken courses at the University of Washington towards a doctorate degree in Education Leadership and Policy Studies. In addition, Davis also has over eleven years of working in Higher Education.
