BIO:

Recent graduate from the University of Missouri where I received my Bachelors in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology. Moving back to Dallas opened my eyes to what in my heart I want to purse as a career and will be returning to school to become a nurse.
As an athlete at Mizzou competing in cross country and track and field I learned how to balance studies, athletics, travel, work, and friends. I also was exposed to a world class sports psychology program, since the head coach was still teaching graduate sports psychology classes and enjoy applying what I learned to my daily life.

INTERESTS:

Hiking when I get the chance to in Colorado,
Being outside,
Cooking (all kinds) I like being creative with what I'm making,
hanging out with family and friends,
Laughing, and telling riddles

ACTIVITIES AND SOCIETIES:

I am a member of FCA and of the We Are MIzzou committee. The We Are Mizzou committee is dedicated to changing the environment around college athletics. Our goal is to find a way to create a socially responsible environment that spans across to other universities as well.
