The Archer Professional Services Team is focused on the implementation of core Archer solutions, as well as the delivery of custom solutions built using the Archer SmartSuite Framework™. The Senior Consultant works in a ollaborative team environment to deploy Archer solutions to customers. The Senior Consultant will participate in requirements gathering sessions with clients, solution architecture design, solution construction and the implementation of Archer solutions in client environments. The Senior Consultant demonstrates an understanding of enterprise security best practices and procedures and advises Archer clients on their use.
Responsibilities
The Senior Consultant has end-to-end responsibility for delivery of Archer solutions to assigned customers. This role performs the function of lead architect and subject matter expert. The Senior Consultant must demonstrate deep understanding of enterprise security best practices and procedures. Travel is required (up to 75%). This role requires expert knowledge of information security topics, system architecture and Internet technology. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The Senior Consultant performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The Senior Consultant reports to an executive or a manager.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Participating in the solution development process and ensuring that customer requests and needs are represented within the product
-Designing and deployment of enterprise software solutions, including on-site implementations
-Assisting with performing technical and competitive analysis of Archer solutions, including performance, debugging and other operational metrics
Required Skills
-Thorough understanding of enterprise security best practices and procedures.
-Expert knowledge of information security topics, system architecture and Internet technology.
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are required.
-Ability to motivate and rally a team is essential.
-Strong knowledge of information security topics and Internet technology.
-Ability to act independently and exercise good judgment as well as the ability to work cross functionally and create virtual teams is essential.
-Ability to establish and accomplish goals.
-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
-A College Degree is required, preferably in a technical discipline.
-5+ years experience delivering software or business consulting services.
-Minimum of 3 years of related experience in information security.
-Certifications such as CISSP, CISA or CISM desired.
-Experience managing enterprise software application deployments (CRM, ERP experience).
Required Education
-Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in a technical discipline)
