The focus of the Financial Analyst position is to ensure our financial reporting is complete, accurate and timely. This position is also responsible to provide analysis to help upper management make appropriate business decisions. Supports cost center and business units with moderate to complex financial complexity.
- Planning/Budgeting – Revenue /Expense
- Monthly Forecasting/Planning/Reporting and Analysis
- Project Implementation and Management
- Developing Business partnerships with other departments
- Presentation preparation – Q1 review, Op Plan etc
- Writing Action Proposals
Qualifications Required
(Experience, Skills, Academic): Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting requiredPursuing CPA/MBA preferred. Excellent Hyperion, Excel, Access experience.Benefits to a Career at ADP:
